CCM Software definition

CCM Software means the module of Persivia’s Care Management CCM software which manages the data relevant to the CCM Services and enables the CCM Services. CCM Software is made available to Customer in connection with the Subscription Service.

Examples of CCM Software in a sentence

  • All software provided by CCM as part of the Service, and the Service documentation, sample data, marketing materials, training material and other material provided through the Service or by CCM (Software and Documentation) are licensed to Customer as follows: CCM grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license during the term of this agreement, to use and copy such Software in accordance with the Documentation, solely in connection with the Service.

  • Commencing promptly after the Effective Date, Customer will provide the necessary IT staff and facilities, and will work with Persivia, to enable the implementation, integration and testing of Persivia’s Care Management software and to achieve CCM Software Integration.

  • Persivia will work with Customer to implement, integrate and test Persivia’s Care Management software and achieve CCM Software Integration.

  • Upon receipt of a Validated CCM Consent after the CCM Software Integration Date for an Eligible Patient, Persivia will commence providing CCM Services to such Eligible Patient.

Related to CCM Software

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.
