CCL's Accountants definition
CCL's Accountants means KPMG, Chartered Accountants; (h) "Closing" means the consummation of the transaction of purchase and sale as contemplated herein in accordance with Article XII; (i) "Closing Statement of Net Assets" means the audited statement of net assets of the Business as of the Closing Date, prepared on a basis consistent with the preparation of the Reference Pro Forma Statement of Net Assets;
