CCLS means Child Care Licensing System. CCLS is the Ministry’s internet-based application that manages licensing activities, including licence applications and revisions. Applicants, Operators, CMSMs and Ministry staff have access to CCLS.

Examples of CCLS in a sentence

  • Only the CCLS Chief or designee has the authority to waive any term or condition of this Contract on behalf of DSHS.

  • Contractor is responsible to ensure that all terms, conditions, assurances and certifications set forth in this Contract are included in any and all Subcontracts, unless an exception to including a particular term or terms has been approved in advance by the CCLS Chief.

  • The CCLS Chief may immediately terminate this Contract for default, in whole or in part, by written notice to the Contractor if DSHS has a reasonable basis to believe that the Contractor has: Failed to meet or maintain any requirement for contracting with DSHS; Failed to protect the health or safety of any DSHS client; Failed to perform under, or otherwise breached, any term or condition of this Contract; and/or Violated any applicable law or regulation.

  • No waiver by either party of any breach of any provision of this Agreement or any CCLS shall constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.

  • In a situation that is considered a serious occurrence, a report will be completed and submitted to: The Ministry of Education within 24 hours through the licensing web site (CCLS).

  • If any one or more provisions of this Agreement or any CCLS shall be found to be illegal or unenforceable in any respect, it is the intent of the parties that such provisions be replaced, reformed or narrowed so that their original business purpose can be accomplished to the extent permitted by law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

  • Sponsor and QLAB agree that any QLAB Property or improvements thereto which are used, improved, modified or developed by QLAB under or during the term of this Agreement or any CCLS are the sole and exclusive property of QLAB.

  • In addition, in no event shall the collective, aggregate liability of QLAB and its affiliates and its and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents under this Agreement or any CCLS exceed the amount of fees actually received by QLAB from Sponsor pursuant to this Agreement for the assignment or task from which such liability arose.

  • QLAB represents to Sponsor that QLAB is not a party to any agreement which would prevent QLAB from fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement, and that during the term of this Agreement, QLAB will not enter into an agreement to provide services which would prevent QLAB from providing the services contemplated to be provided by QLAB under this Agreement or any CCLS.
