The Bargaining Unit president or his/her designee shall be excused from duty, without loss of pay, for up to a maximum of sixteen (16) hours per month for CCLP Union business, with an annual accumulation of excused time (with pay) at the rate of eight (8) hour per month not to exceed ninety-six (96) hours.
