  • The Bottler is an independent contractor and not an agent of, or partner or a joint venturer with, the Company or CCJC.

  • At the request of the Company, CCJC and the Bottler will render assistance in any such action.

  • GVWR means gross vehicle weight rating.

  • MEC means a Member of the Executive Council of a province;

  • Newco has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • AcquisitionCo means Diebold Holding Germany Incorporated & Co. KGaA a German partnership limited by shares (Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien - KGaA) that is a Wholly Owned Restricted Subsidiary of the Company and whose general partner is the Company.
