dwarfism means a medical or genetic condition resulting in an adult height of 4 feet 10 inches (147 centimeters) or less;
reverse repurchase transactions means transactions whereby a Sub-Fund purchases Securities from a counterparty of Sale and Repurchase Transactions and agrees to sell such Securities back at an agreed price in the future.
