Examples of CCIC Member in a sentence

  • Other than any action contemplated by Section 3.8, which shall require the mutual consent of CCIC Member and BAM, whenever any Company action is to be taken by a vote of the Board of Representatives, it shall be authorized upon receiving the affirmative vote of a majority of the Representatives and Alternates present and voting at a duly constituted meeting at which a quorum is present.

  • CCIC Member shall promptly give each Member notice of the designation of any new Manager.

  • Any vacancy with respect to a Manager occurring for any reason may be filled by CCIC Member.
