CCIA definition

CCIA means the area that covers the whole of the territories of Member States of COMESA as defined by their respective legislation.

  • Where measures to safeguard balance of payments are taken pursuant to this Article, notice of such measures shall be given to the CCIA Committee within 14 days from the date such measures are taken.

  • The CCIA Committee shall determine the length of the extension which shall not be longer than one year.
