The Guarantors acknowledge that consideration has been given and agree that same may only be limited, upon giving written notice to CCGA, 600 – ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ of the Guarantor’s intent to limit this guarantee.
Upon Default in payment of any sum owing by the Producer to CCGA or the Minister at any time, or upon Default in the performance of the obligations by the Producer, CCGA or the Minister may treat the whole of the indebtedness hereby guaranteed as due and payable and may forthwith collect from the Guarantors the total amount hereby guaranteed.
This Agreement shall continue to be binding upon the undersigned Guarantor(s), their heirs, executors, Administrators, and assigns and shall remain in force and effective as against the Guarantors until such time as the Producer has repaid all amounts owing by it to CCGA and the Minister, on account of the Repayment Agreement or otherwise.
CCGA shall not be bound to exhaust its recourse against the Producer or other parties before being entitled to payment from the Guarantors under the Guarantee.
