CCG Financial Statements means, collectively, (a) the audited balance sheet of the CCG Entities as a consolidated group as of December 31, 2015, and the audited statements of income, changes in stockholders’ equity, and cash flows of the CCG Entities as a consolidated group for the year ended on December 31, 2015, together with the reports of the Company’s independent auditors thereupon, including notes to the audited financial statements,(b) unaudited balance sheets of the CCG Entities as a consolidated group as of December 31, 2013 and December 31, 2014, and the unaudited statements of income, changes in stockholders’ equity, and cash flows of the CCG Entities as a consolidated group for the years ended on December 31, 2013 and December 31, 2014, (c) the unaudited balance sheets of each CCG Entity as of December 31, 2013 and December 31, 2014, and the unaudited statements of income, changes in stockholders’ equity, and cash flows of each CCG Entity for the years endedon December 31, 2013 and December 31, 2014, and (d) the unaudited balance sheet of the CCG Entities as a consolidated group as of March 31, 2016, and the unaudited statements of income, changes in stockholders’ equity, and cash flows of the CCG Entities as a consolidated group for the three (3)-month period ended on March 31, 2016.
