Full capitalised costs (HE, DEP, CEF, SMP, EUAF, CCEI, UCPM) — If provided in the Grant Agreement, beneficiaries can charge the full capitalised costs for the equipment, infrastructure or other assets to the grant.

None of the provisions of this Agreement, including without limitation, the limited joinder of CCEI as provided at the end of this Agreement, shall be for the benefit of or enforceable by any third party, including, without limitation, any creditor of the Company or any Member.
In addition, CCE-I shall receive the full benefit of any discounts, rebates or special payment terms available to Charter (in its capacity as manager of the cable systems owned by CCE-I) which Charter (in such capacity) is permitted to pass through to CCE-I.
