CCD Put Option Date means (i) the date falling at the expiry of 12 (Twelve) months from the Closing Date and every 6 (Six) months thereafter till the CCDs Conversion Date; (ii) the date falling at the expiry of 59 (Fifty Nine) months from the Date; and/ or
