CCD Code definition

CCD Code means the “Code of Practice on Consumer Credit Dataissued by the PCPD (last revised in January 2013 (fourth edition)) as updated or superseded from time to time;
CCD Code has the meaning ascribed to it in the Code;

  • The failure of a Party to comply with any provision of the CCD Code referred to in this Agreement shall not be taken as a breach if it can be shown that the Data Protection Legislation has been complied with although in a way different from that stated in the CCD Code and referred to in this Agreement.

  • General Regulations means the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (General) Regulations 2012.

  • Sort code means the 6-digit code that identifies a particular bank and bank branch in the Republic of Ireland;
