CCC Range Rating definition
CCC Range Rating means, with respect to any debt investment or credit worthiness of an issuer, such investment or, in the case of a derivative instrument or an Unrated Investment, issuer, as the case may be, is rated CCC- or better by S&P (but lower than B-) or Caa3 or better (but lower than B3) by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ (and in the event of a split rating, the lower rating shall apply).
