CCC Costs definition
CCC Costs means and refer to any and all fees, charges, costs and expenses paid or incurred in connection with the permitting, entitlement, design, development, grading, construction and completion of the City Community Center, including, without limitation, all permit fees and charges, fees and expenses paid to architects, surveyors, engineers, consultants and contractors, and costs of labor and materials.
