CCAFS means Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida, including the associated installations, equipment and services used or provided by Contractor in connection with the Launch Services as provided for in Exhibit B (Statement of Work).

  • The Contractor shall provide all labor, office rent, materials, management, supplies, tools, and services required to perform all work required in accordance with Attachment 1, Launch Enterprise Systems Engineering & Integration (ECL/SE&I), Performance-based Work Statement (PWS), as set forth in PWS sections 3.2 Transition of SE&I-2 Effort*, 3.5.2 30 SW/30 OG Launch Programs Requirement, and 4.3 CCAFS, KSC, VAFB Support.

  • The Company recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative for purposes of collective bargaining of the employees in the job classifications set forth in Appendix "A" of this Agreement, employed by United Launch Alliance, Launch Operations at CCAFS; VAFB; and such other Company locations as may hereafter be added to the foregoing by mutual agreement of the parties hereto.

  • Provide SpaceX with Launch Equipment Support (LES) Shop services, High Crew support services to enable access to flight hardware or ground support equipment, and commercial payload offloading support on CCAFS.
