CCaaS definition
CCaaS means any Offering of Avaya or any of its Affiliates that is primarily designed to be used as, and for which the primary function is to provide or support, call center functionality (including Contact Center as a Service).
CCaaS or ‘iCX” means the Netrix Subscription Service offering entitled “Contact Center-as-a-Service” (or similar term) as more specifically identified on an applicable SOW, including without limitation, Netrix’s iCX service offering.
