CCA Service definition

CCA Service means the sale of retail electric power by a Community Choice Aggregator, to utility end-use customers located within its service area(s), as set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and other California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) directives.
CCA Service means services provided to Community Choice Aggregators. “Contract Year(s)” means either or both of the First Contract Year or the Second Contract Year, as indicated.
CCA Service means DCE’s Community Choice Aggregation Service which permits cities, counties or a joint powers agency whose governing boards have elected to acquire their electric power needs, hereinafter referred to as Community Choice Aggregation (CCA), to provide electric services to utility end-use customers located within their service area(s) as set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and other Commission directives.

Examples of CCA Service in a sentence

  • Unless the CCA has ceased operating as a result of events (a) or (b) above, the Parties agree to negotiate in good faith a new CCA Service Agreement that would become effective on or before the date that is two (2) years after the Effective Date.

  • Process CCA Service Requests (CCASRs) from or to PG&E, which specify the changes to a customer’s choice of services, such as enrollment in CCA Service or customer initiated returns to bundled utility service or customer initiated returns to direct access service (814 Electronic Data Interchange Files).

  • Receive data on CCA Service from PG&E, and provide PG&E with appropriate charges for applicable rate class and other charges related to CCA Service.

  • The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of execution by both Parties hereto (the “Effective Date”) and shall terminate on the earlier of (a) the date CCA informs PG&E that it is no longer operating as a CCA in PG&E’s service territory; (b) the earlier termination pursuant to Section 4 hereof; or (c) the effective date of a new CCA Service Agreement between the Parties hereto.

  • Obtain all customer usage data from PG&E’s MDMA server, and validate usage data to ensure required billing determinants are provided to generate customer bills for CCA Service.

  • Conduct testing to ensure CCA Service rates are being applied correctly to all customers.

  • Provide the call center number on the LDC invoice allowing CCA Service customers to contact the call center.

  • The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of execution by both Parties hereto (the “Effective Date”) and shall terminate on the earlier of (a) the date CCA informs PG&E that it is no longer operating as a CCA in PG&E’s service territory; (b) the earlier termination pursuant to Section 4 hereof; (c) the effective date of a new CCA Service Agreement between the Parties hereto; or (d) two (2) years after the Effective Date.

  • Timely submit billing information for each CCA Service customer to PG&E to meet PG&E Billing Window.

  • Receive calls from CCA Service customers referred to Calpine by PG&E and receive calls directly from CCA Service customers.
