CCA Purchase Agreement definition
CCA Purchase Agreement means the purchase agreement dated on or prior to the Closing Date entered into by and between CRC, as purchaser, and CAG, as seller, pursuant to which CAG agrees to sell to CRC on the Closing Date the CCA Minority Interest.
