CCA Charge definition
CCA Charge. Offs shall thereafter be reimbursed and the CCA Invested Amount increased (but not by an amount in excess of the aggregate CCA Charge-Offs) on any Distribution Date by the sum of (i) Allocable Miscellaneous Payments with respect to such Distribution Date (but only to the extent such amount is not required to reimburse Class A Investor Charge-Offs or Class B Investor Charge-Offs pursuant to paragraph (a) or (b) above) and (ii) the amount of Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated and available for that purpose pursuant to Section 4.09(i).
CCA Charge. Offs shall thereafter be reimbursed and the CCA Invested Amount increased (but not by an amount in excess of (x) the aggregate CCA Charge-Offs and (y) the aggregate amount by which the CCA Invested Amount has been reduced pursuant to Section 4.08(a), (b) or (c), which in either case has not been previously reimbursed) on any Distribution Date by the sum of (i) Allocable Miscellaneous Payments with respect to such Distribution Date (but only to the extent such amount is not required to reimburse Class A Investor Charge-Offs or Class B Investor Charge-Offs pursuant to paragraph (a) or (b) above) and (ii) the amount of Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated and available for that purpose pursuant to Section 4.09(i).
