CCA Bond definition
CCA Bond means the bond required to be posted, in form and substance satisfactory to Party B in its sole discretion, pursuant to the Settlement Agreement in Rulemaking R.▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ (Phase 3 – Community Choice Aggregation Bond Proceeding). The CCA Bond [shall be/has been] posted [no later than [ ], 20 ] and Party B shall advise Party A of the amount of such CCA Bond promptly after an Event of Default.”
