CC Services definition

CC Services means contract compliance services provided by Purchaser Parent or its subsidiaries.
CC Services means any and all call center services set forth on a Statement of Work, which may include call center facilities, communications, telecommunications, devices and resources, equipment, software, switching, routing and other systems, customer, client and operational call center support services, management, consulting, training, help desk and any other call center services involving, related to or designated by SOV as a call center service, and all materials, information and/or deliverables related to or in support of any of the foregoing.

Examples of CC Services in a sentence

  • Masergy may use Customer’s CPNI to identify additional communications related services or products that Customer may desire that will complement the CC Service(s) already provided to Customer.

  • Customer proprietary network information (“CPNI”) is information about the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and amount of use of the CC Service(s) that Masergy, or any party on behalf of Masergy, may provide to Customer.

  • Customer acknowledges that the off-network connections described in the preceding sentence are un-managed services and Masergy does not provide or guarantee availability or quality of the CC Service(s) when provisioned in this manner.

  • Remote and mobile workers may be unable to access the voice services provided as part of the CC Service(s) through cable modem networks, DSL networks, cellular data networks or other forms of Internet access.

  • Please note that the invoicing party will be Hotelplan CC Services GmbH, located in Dorfstraße 36, 79594 Inzlingen, Germany.

  • By executing a Sales Agreement or Service Order Form, Customer grants permission to Masergy to use Customer’s CPNI to evaluate Masergy’s existing CC Service(s) and new opportunities to serve Customer better.

  • Customer may reduce CC Services(s), provided that Customer must maintain a minimum of eighty percent (80%) of the contracted amount for CC Service(s) to avoid incurring early termination liability.

  • By executing a Service Order Form, Customer grants permission to Masergy to use Customer’s CPNI to evaluate Masergy’s existing CC Service(s) and new opportunities to serve Customer better.

  • CC Services are currently delivered by the voluntary sector and schools across the borough at 18 designated Children’s Centres (Appendix A).

  • Our customer care agents are responsible for answering billing related questions, establishing, transferring and disconnecting services, account modification, field work requests, utility service escalations, and payments, including payment arrangements.The purpose is to find a qualified organization to provide CC Services identified in this RFP and to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Related to CC Services

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Basic Services means housekeeping services, meals, nutritious snacks, laundry, and activities.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • water services means water supply services and sanitation services;

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Genetic services means a genetic test, genetic counseling (including obtaining, interpreting, or assessing genetic information), or genetic education.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Ecosystem services means the benefits that the public enjoys as a result of natural processes and biological diversity.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Diagnostic Services means services provided for the purpose of determining the nature and cause of a condition, ill- ness, or injury.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.
