CC Receivables definition
CC Receivables means CC Receivables, as defined in the Credit Agreement. “Closing Date” shall mean December 21, 2017. “Closing Date Indenture” has the meaning set forth in the recitals. “Collateral” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2. “Collateral Account” shall mean the Collateral Account, as defined in the Existing Indenture. “Collateral Rights Agreement” means that certain Collateral Rights Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the ABL Collateral Agent, the Collateral Trustee and the Grantors party thereto from time to time, as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time. “Collateral Trust Agreement” shall mean that certain Collateral Trust and Intercreditor Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Issuers, the Grantors party thereto from time to time, the Indenture Trustee, the Collateral Trustee, ▇. ▇▇▇▇ and each other secured representative party thereto from time to time, as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time. “Collateral Trustee” shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.
