CC Cost means the cost (Transport Cost times Train Weight), in total $’s, of delivery of a rail consignment to the unloading facility at the Power Station that Stanwell incurs or would incur had the Substitute Coal been supplied from the Curragh Mine Loading Plant at the same time;
