The decision may also be taken at this stage in the process to refer the Musician to the relevant CBSO policy such as the Capability Procedure, Managing Attendance Policy, or Disciplinary Procedure.
The CBSO reserves the right to amend this position based on any subsequent advice / agreements with HMRC.
Requests for such days will be given reasonable consideration by the Company after artistic and operational considerations (please refer to the CBSO Players Handbook) have been taken into account.
