CBRAM definition

CBRAM means resistive random access memory (ReRAM) technology based on Programmable Metallization Cell (PMC) non-volatile memory technology, initially invented by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at Arizona State University.
