CBR Reporting Date definition
CBR Reporting Date means the first day of each month or other date as of which pursuant to the applicable CBR regulations the Borrower is required to report its Common Equity Tier 1 Capital Ratio to the CBR.
CBR Reporting Date means the first day of each month or such other interim date as of which the Borrower is required to report its Common Equity Tier 1 Capital Ratio to the CBR in accordance with Instruction No. 139- I;
