  • All funds received by the Company pursuant to this Acknowledgment, the Panacela/Rusnano Subscription Agreement and the CBLI Subscription Agreement shall be applied towards satisfaction of the Obligations; provided that a total of $19,876.39 out of the amount to be received from CBLI pursuant to Section ‎2(a)(iii) shall be used by the Company for general operational purposes.
