FMS Means the provision by Cartrack to the Client of a real-time web-based system whereby the Client is able to position, monitor and obtain reports covering various aspects of driver and vehicle performance. This Service only applies where a GPS fleet management Unit is installed and is limited to the Territory, except if the Product specifically incorporates international data roaming, in which case the roaming data service will be provided in specified countries.

ESI means any and all computer data or electronic recorded media of any kind, including “Native Files”, that are stored in any medium from which it can be retrieved and examined, either directly or after translation into a reasonably useable form. ESI may include information and/or documentation stored in various software programs such as: Email, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SQL databases, or any other software or electronic communication programs or databases that the CONSULTANT may use in the performance of its operations. ESI may be located on network servers, backup tapes, smart phones, thumb drives, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, work computers, cell phones, laptops or any other electronic device that CONSULTANT uses in the performance of its Work or SERVICES hereunder, including any personal devices used by the CONSULTANT or any sub-consultant at home. “Native files” are a subset of ESI and refer to the electronic format of the application in which such ESI is normally created, viewed, and /or modified. The CONSULTANT shall include this section XX “Records Maintenance” in every subcontract it enters into in relation to this AGREEMENT and bind the sub-consultant to its terms, unless expressly agreed to otherwise in writing by the AGENCY prior to the execution of such subcontract. SBI means State Bank of India (Client) having its Corporate Centre at Madame Cama Road, Nariman Point, Mumbai- 400 021 and its representative Local Head Offices/Administrative Offices/Regional Business Offices/Branches at various places across India and includes the client’s representatives, successors and assigns.
DTS means Days to Settlement, i.e., the number of actual days elapsed from and including the original Closing Day with respect to such Accepted Note (in the case of the first such payment with respect to such Accepted Note) or from and including the date of the next preceding payment (in the case of any subsequent delayed delivery fee payment with respect to such Accepted Note) to but excluding the date of such payment; and "PA" means Principal Amount, i.e., the principal amount of the Accepted Note for which such calculation is being made. In no case shall the Delayed Delivery Fee be less than zero. PBI means Pitney Xxxxx Inc. “Pitney Xxxxx” means PBI and its subsidiaries. “We”, “our” or “us” refers to the Pitney Xxxxx companies with whom you’ve entered into the Order. “You” or “your” refers to the entity identified on the Order. “Meter” means any postage meter supplied by PBI under the Order, including (i) in the case of a Connect+®, a SendPro® P series or a SendPro C series mailing system, the postal security device that accounts for and enables postage to be purchased and printed (“PSD”), and (ii) in the case of all other mailing systems, the PSD, the user interface or keyboard and display and the print engine. “Meter Services” means access to the PSD to download, account for, and enable printing of postage within a PBI Postage Evidencing System as defined in Title 39, Part 501 of the Code of Federal Regulations (“CFR”); USPS mandated processes associated with the PSD, including registration, usage reporting and withdrawal; repair or replacement of the PSD as described in Section 26; and the Soft- Guard Program outlined in Section 28. “Equipment” means the equipment listed on the Order, excluding any Meter or standalone software. “Lease” means Lease terms and conditions set out in Sections 10 through 17. The provisions included in these Terms consist of: (i) General Terms; (ii) Lease Terms; (iii) a Service Level Agreement; (iv) Equipment Rental and Meter Services Terms; (v) an Acknowledgement of Deposit required by the United States Postal Service in any transaction involving a Meter; (vi) Purchase Power® Terms for a limited purpose credit line that may be available to you; and (vii) provisions relating to specific products.
ADI means an institution that is an authorized deposit-taking institution under the Australian Banking Act and regulated as such by APRA;
SDSL or "Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line" is a baseband DSL transmission technology that permits the bi-directional transmission from up to 160 kbps to 2.048 Mbps on a single pair. "VDSL" or "Very High Speed Digital Subscriber Line" is a baseband DSL transmission technology that permits the transmission of up to 52 Mbps downstream (from the Central Office to the End User Customer) and up to 2.3 Mbps digital signal upstream (from the End User Customer to the Central Office). VDSL can also be 26 Mbps symmetrical, or other combination.
GVWR means gross vehicle weight rating.
RFB means this Request for Bids and any addenda hereto.
PSI means pounds per square inch.
SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.
HK Company shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble of this Agreement.
AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract

IEC means specifications of International Electro-technical Commission;

Acquiror has the meaning specified in the Preamble hereto.
NCI means the National Cancer Institute.
MB means megabyte, which is equal to 1024 kilobytes or 1,048,576 bytes of digital information.
