CBF Financial Statements definition

CBF Financial Statements means (i) the audited consolidated balance sheets (including related notes and schedules, if any) of CBF as of December 31, 2005, 2004 and 2003, and the related statements of income, changes in stockholders’ equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) for the years then ended, as delivered by CBF to VBI, and (ii) the unaudited consolidated balance sheets of CBF (including related notes and schedules, if any) and related statements of income, changes in stockholders’ equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) delivered by CBF to VBI with respect to periods ended subsequent to December 31, 2005.

Examples of CBF Financial Statements in a sentence

  • No CBF Company has any Liabilities that are reasonably likely to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect on CBF, except Liabilities accrued or reserved against in the consolidated balance sheets of CBF as of September 30, 2006, included in the CBF Financial Statements or reflected in the notes thereto.

  • Audited Financial Statements means the audited consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011, and the related consolidated statements of income or operations, shareholders’ equity and cash flows for such fiscal year of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including the notes thereto.
