CBB Price definition
CBB Price means the price listed in the Canadian Black Book values as provided by Honda to the Administrator no more than five (5) business days after a request from the Administrator for the Class Vehicle of the Settlement Class Member whose otherwise valid Claim Form includes a claim for the Loss at Resale Remedy (ׅ“Prix du CBB”).
