CBAD definition

CBAD or the “Company”) Residence and Nonresidence Service Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to the relationship between CBAD and the Customer with respect to long distance telephone services, as described in this Agreement, to which the Customer subscribes.
CBAD means Cincinnati Xxxx Any Distance Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its successors and permitted assigns.
