CBA Facility definition

CBA Facility means the facility agreement dated 22 December 2016 between the Company, Bras N Things Pty Limited and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Claim means any allegation, debt, cause of action, liability, claim, proceeding, suit or demand of any nature howsoever arising and whether present or future, fixed or unascertained, actual or contingent whether at law, in equity, under statute or otherwise. Company means BNT Holdco Pty Limited ACN ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇.
CBA Facility means any arrangement between you and us (whether we are acting as principal or agent) under which we provide or agree to provide any accommodation to you that is not a Facility and is referred to in the Agreement. Close Out Amount means the amount calculated in accordance with clause B3.8.
CBA Facility means the Loan Agreement, Trade Finance Facility dated as of October 4, 2016 between, among others, the Company and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
