CB MEMBER definition

CB MEMBER means CB and any successor to, or assignee or transferee of, CB who shall own the CB Warrant, any Member Units issued in respect thereof or any portion thereof and who shall agree in writing to be treated as a CB Member and to be bound by the terms and to comply with the provisions of this Agreement.
