CB LEASE that certain Lease dated February 8, 1998, by and between CC&F ▇▇▇▇▇ Street Associates (successor in interest to Trizec 250 ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, LLC) and Coldwell Banker Commercial Group (successor in interest to CB ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇) , as amended by that certain Lease Modification dated June 6, 1988, First Amendment to Lease dated October 11, 1996, Second Amendment to Lease dated May 9, 2003, Third Amendment to Lease dated February 25, 2004 and Fourth Amendment to Lease dated August 8, 2004.
