CB Financial Statements definition

CB Financial Statements means the (i) the audited consolidated statements of financial condition of CB as of December 31, 2013 and 2012 and the consolidated statements of income, comprehensive income, changes in shareholders’ equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) of CB for the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012, and (ii) the unaudited interim consolidated financial statements of CB as of the end of each calendar quarter following December 31, 2013, and for the periods then ended.
