The rights granted pursuant to this Section 3.1(b) may not be assigned or otherwise conveyed by the Senior Investors, C&B Capital or by any subsequent transferee of any such rights without the prior written consent of the Company except as authorized in this Section 3.1(b).
The Senior Investors and C&B Capital may exercise their rights under this Section 3.1(b) only for purposes reasonably related to their interests under this Agreement and related agreements.
