CAWSS definition
CAWSS means the Recipient’s Central Authority for Water Supply and Sewerage, a centralized authority within MOUD responsible for water supply and sewerage in Afghanistan, operating under the State-owned Enterprise Law of the Recipient.
CAWSS means the AIA’s Central Authority for Water Supply and Sanitation;
CAWSS means Recipient’s Central Authority for Water Supply and Sewerage referred to in paragraph A.2 of Schedule 4 to this ARTF Grant Agreement;

MUDH shall ensure that CAWSS and Kabul Municipality have the overall responsibility for the implementation of Parts A, C, D and E, and Part B of the Project, respectively.
MUDH shall, together with the heads of CAWSS, Kabul Municipality and Special Disbursement Unit within the Ministry of Finance, have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Project.
The Recipient shall ensure that the Chief Financial Officer of MUDH and procurement specialists of CAWSS and Kabul Municipality, all suitably qualified and experienced and acceptable to the Administrator, will be assigned to the Project throughout its execution.
