Cattle Inventory definition
Cattle Inventory means all live cattle owned as of the Effective Time of Closing by the Company and its Subsidiaries, except for live cattle in the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ “Beef Feeding Program” (commonly referred to as “bailment cattle”) as of the Effective Time of Closing.
