CATO definition

CATO means the Cadet Administrative and Training Orders issued by National Defence Headquarters or the Director of Cadets to supplement the Queen’s Regulations and Orders (QR&O) and the Queen’s Regulations and Orders for the Canadian Cadet Organizations (QR (Cadets)), to amplify the Canadian Forces Administrative Orders (CFAO), to replace Canadian Forces Cadet Policies and Procedures and to minimize the requirement for specialized region orders and instructions. CCM means the Canadian Cadet Movement, an umbrella term that comprises all those that act in support of the Cadet Program. It includes, but is not limited to, the CF, the Leagues, sponsors, parents, volunteers and the cadets. CCO means the three Canadian Cadet Organizations, known as the Royal Canadian Sea Cadets, the Royal Canadian Army Cadets and the Royal Canadian Air Cadets, under the control and supervision of the Canadian Forces. Cadet Organizations are not comprised in the CF. CF means the Canadian Armed Forces.
CATO means a competitively appointed Transmission Owner.

  • CLIENT shall bear the cost of any audit and CLIENT shall, in addition to any other payment obligations under this Agreement, pay CATO RESEARCH on a time and materials basis at its current rates for the CATO RESEARCH personnel assigned to supervise such audit and any other CATO RESEARCH personnel who are required to participate in such audit.
