Catering Supplier has the meaning given to it in clause 11.6(a). “Contract” means the Booking Form and these Terms and Conditions. “COVID-19 Code of Conduct” means the set of rules issued by the Club from time to time which the Customer and all Guests (and all other Match attendees) must comply with in order to reduce as far as possible the transmission of COVID-19, a copy of which will be available on the Website or will otherwise be made available to the Customer by the Club.

• FORMULA E and/or its representatives reserve the right to refuse entry to the Facility to any Guest or any other person who does not comply with the security arrangements or who is not displaying such Pass and/or is not wearing such wristband, and FORMULA E and the Catering Supplier each reserve the right to refuse service to a person who is not displaying such Pass and/or is not wearing such wristband within the Facility.
