Category Specific Rules means Sections 7 to 15 of this Specification which apply only to Contract Work carried out within specific Categories of Law, and all other provisions of this Specification which are expressed to apply only to a particular Category or Categories;
Category Specific Rules means Sections 9 to 12 of this Specification, and all other provisions of this Specification which are expressed to apply only to a particular Category or Categories;
Category Specific Rules means Section 7 of this Specification which applies only to Contract Work carried out within the Welfare Benefits Category of Law;

  • health and safety specification means a site, activity or project specific document prepared by the client pertaining to all health and safety requirements related to construction work;

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.
