Category 4 Worker definition
Category 4 Worker is defined as any employee whose work is performed primarily inside the office as outlined in Appendix “B”.
Category 4 Worker is defined as any employee whose work is performed primarily inside the office as outlined in Appendix B. “continuous employment” for the purposes of calculating leave credits means continuous, uninterrupted employment from the date of hire with the Company and/or its five founding utilities. “day”, unless otherwise specified, means calendar days. However, where a deadline occurs on a Saturday, Sunday, or recognized holiday, the deadline shall be extended to the next normal business day.
