At such time as City has approved a Catch-Up Plan, Developer shall implement, and diligently pursue the application of, such Catch-Up Plan.

Following approval by MRC of a Catch-Up Plan, Company shall implement, and diligently pursue the application of, such Catch-Up Plan.
