Catch-Up Plan definition

Catch-Up Plan means a "catch-up" plan pursuant to which Developer will avoid falling further behind the dates set forth in the Project construction schedule; which plan shall be developed pursuant to Section 9.3(b) and shall include an updated, revised, and/or amended Project construction schedule pursuant to which Developer shall complete construction of the Project.
Catch-Up Plan means a plan pursuant to which Developer will complete the Project in accordance with (and in no event more than sixty (60) days after)the Completion Date.

Examples of Catch-Up Plan in a sentence

  • At such time as City has approved a Catch-Up Plan, Developer shall implement, and diligently pursue the application of, such Catch-Up Plan.

  • Maximum Deferral for 2020 = $19,500 457(b) Age 50+ Catch-Up Plan – Pre-Tax.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if City rejects a Catch-Up Plan, City shall: (i) specify the part or parts that City is rejecting; and (ii) include the specific basis for such rejection; then Developer shall revise and resubmit the Catch-Up Plan to City within fourteen (14) days of such notice, and the parties shall work in good faith to develop a reasonable Catch-Up Plan.

  • Catch-Up Plan shall mean a plan pursuant to which Developer will: (a) avoid falling further behind the dates set forth in the Construction Schedule for construction of the Project; and (b) complete the Project in accordance with (and in no event more than ninety (90) days after) the applicable dates set forth in the Construction Schedule.

  • Developer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses to prepare and implement a Catch-Up Plan (including the reasonable costs and expenses incurred by City pursuant to this Subsection).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Town rejects a Catch-Up Plan, Town shall: (i) specify the part or parts that Town is rejecting; and (ii) include the specific basis for such rejection; then Developer shall revise and resubmit the Catch-Up Plan to Town within fourteen (14) days of such notice, and the parties shall work in good faith to develop a reasonable Catch-Up Plan.

  • At such time as Town has approved a Catch-Up Plan, Developer shall implement, and diligently pursue the application of, such Catch-Up Plan.

  • If, at any time after Company has commenced construction of a Project, Company falls forty-five (45) or more days behind with respect to any construction benchmark date (or the expiration of the period within which such benchmark is to be reached) set forth in the Construction Schedule for such Project, then MRC, by delivery of written notice to Company, may require Company to submit, within 15 days, a Catch-Up Plan for MRC’s reasonable approval.

  • Following approval by MRC of a Catch-Up Plan, Company shall implement, and diligently pursue the application of, such Catch-Up Plan.

  • Developer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses to prepare and implement a Catch-Up Plan (including the reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Town pursuant to this Subsection).

Related to Catch-Up Plan

  • HACCP plan means a written document that delineates the formal procedures for following the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point principles developed by The National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods.

  • Nonqualified deferred compensation plan means a compensation plan described in Section 3121(v)(2)(C) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Deferred Compensation Plan means any plan, agreement or arrangement maintained by the Company from time to time that provides opportunities for deferral of compensation.

  • Profit Sharing Plan means a profit-sharing plan that is qualified pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 401 of the Internal Revenue Code and subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and which provides for employer contributions in the form of cash, but not in the form of stock or other equity interests in a Medical Marijuana Business.

  • Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.
