Catch-all Control definition
Catch-all Control means a control measure that requires filing a license application to the Minister of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (hereinafter referred as “METI”) in case the technologies set forth by Category 16 of the Appended Table of the Foreign Exchange Order or goods set forth by Category 16 of the Appended Table 1 of the Export Trade Control Order could be used for development, etc., of weapons of mass destruction or conventional weapons.
