Catalog(s) definition

Catalog(s) means the CATALOGS and other written offerings of INVENTORY made by the BORROWER to the general public from time to time and all rights therein.
Catalog(s) means a listing of detailed product information, manufacturer part numbers and services descriptions relating to the Supplier Goods/Services to be offered to Members that is maintained either as a Punch-Out Catalog, a Hosted Catalog or in a combination of Punch-Out, and Hosted catalog formats.
Catalog(s) means any of a variety of mail-order publications printed on "glossy" coated paper."

Catalog(s). The awarded vendor shall be required to provide an illustrated catalog and price list covering items in this contract to all agencies requesting it. A list of Commonwealth Agencies is available upon request after notification of award. These catalogs shall incur no additional costs to the Commonwealth or its agencies. Catalogs shall be furnished within ten (10) calendar days after request. Failure to comply with this provision may result in termination of the contract.
Catalog(s) means printed catalogs including, but not limited to, consumer catalogs, business catalogs, retailer catalogs, and direct mail catalogs.
