Catalog Information definition

Catalog Information means all information and data regarding and/or related to Seller’s Catalog, including without limitation the information set forth on Exhibit A and the corresponding Schedule One.

Catalog Information means all photographs, illustrations, designs, graphical representations, dimensions, performance criteria, specifications, data, and other information in any form relating to the goods or services of Vendor, or used by Lowe’s in connection with the Catalog. 1.4 “Catalog” means the software module developed by or for Lowe’s relating to the Products of Vendor and that incorporates the Catalog Information.
