Catalog Developer definition

Catalog Developer means a third party(ies) selected by TMF or the Catalog Distributor for participation in the Program that is the subject of this Agreement, who will develop Catalogs pursuant to agreements with each Catalog Distributor.

  • If Company does not provide a Catalog Developer with a Trial Version of a Product, Catalog Developer may create or have created Trial Versions of such Product(s), if agreed by Company.
