CATMA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation incorporated to provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County transportation strategies and solutions to connect commuters with attractive multi-modal options to improve commute time, reduce traffic congestion and support a healthy lifestyle.
The Municipalities and CATMA wish to enter into a shared mobility program that will allow the use of e-bikes and e-scooters in their jurisdictions.
In addition to complying with municipal conditions, e-bikes, e-scooters, and related offerings must comply with applicable rules of UVM and CC as expressed in this Agreement through CATMA.

Owner will work with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Area Transportation Management Association (CATMA) and Green Mountain Transit (“GMT”) to optimize the interplay between the transportation services that such organizations offer and the parking component of the Project.
