CAT Technology definition

CAT Technology means Technology owned or controlled by, or licensed (with the right to sublicense) to Aptein and its Affiliates during the term of this Agreement (other than the CAT Program Technology), but only to the extent that such Technology relates to the research, development, manufacture or commercialization of Collaboration Products for use in the Field.

Examples of CAT Technology in a sentence

  • Subject to the other terms of this Agreement, the Research Term shall automatically be extended for an additional period of one (1) year unless, within [***] prior to the expiration of the Research Term, the JSC determines that additional Specific Targets should not be evaluated using the CAT Technology.

  • Staffing Services Agreement, dated December 16, 2016, between CAT Technology Inc.

  • Subject to the provisions of the Operating Agreement and License Agreements, all Technology conceived and developed by CAT and/or CombiChem in the course of rendering services to LLC hereunder that is not CombiChem Technology or CAT Technology shall be owned by LLC.

Related to CAT Technology

  • Joint Technology means the Joint Know-How and the Joint Patent Rights.

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Product Technology means the Product Know-How and Product Patents.

  • New Technology means methods, products, processes and procedures developed through science or research;

  • Program Technology means Program Know-How and Program Patents.
